The most reliable transportation service you could ever book! Excellent communication, flexible and fairly priced. Alex not only transported us but entertained and educated us during our ride. Just an all around phenomenal experience! We are a group of 4 with luggage and to be able to all ride together was an added plus! Thanks for making this aspect of our trip so easy!

If you are looking for private transportation while staying in Athens, look no further than Athens Taxi Wagon Service. Our drivers from the airport, George and back to the airport, Alex were awesome and two of the friendliest guys. The vehicles are beautiful and comfortable. Top Class. Give them a try, trust me you will not be dissapointed!!!!

Simply excellent! Very easy to book in advance through direct contact in WhatsApp. No payment was required until actual delivery to the hotel.
But the absolute BEST aspect of our experience with Athens Taxi Wagon was the outreach two days before arrival informing us that a 48 taxi strike was planned on the day of arrival. The company offered to book a more expensive 7 passenger van which was the only option unless we wanted a very long public transportation option. To top it off the company offered a reasonable discount on the van making it not so bad. So, awesome to provide a solution to what could have been an awful arrival in Athens.
To top it off, the driver was right there when we came to the arrivals hall. And he was AWESOME! Personable and professional. And he was a very skilled driver. Athens Taxi Wagon made it happen. Thank you!!

Top Communication and service!
Had the opportunity to visit Athens this summer and had Alexis from Athens taxi wagon for our private transport and sightseeing guide. Top communication and A++ service. Our conversations was endless and informative about ancient times and current events and oh my god this guy is highly educated. We like also the other drivers assisting us from this company. Great experience!

We booked a private transfer with Alexis from Piraeus to Patras. We had a wonderful experience. Alexis is very nice and patient and made sure we had not forgotten anything! He gave us a really nice comfortable ride and provided lots of information about the areas we passed through. A reasonable transparent price also. This is the taxi service you want. They are very responsive through WhatsApp making scheduling, pricing, and confirmation very easy and reassuring. The driver was there on time for our arrival (flight was delayed) waiting with a sign. And the same driver picked us up in a very busy spot in Athens right near the Acropolis Museum.
No problem getting all four of us (parents and grown children) with all of our luggage (larger check in, 3 carry on suitcases, and backpacks) into the Mercedes Wagon. I sat up front.
Driving in Athens is tricky. Always felt safe in the vehicle. Very professional driver.
I will absolutely use Athens Taxi Wagon again when we return to Athens.

After two years of friendly, dependable service, this: A NO-SHOW for a ride to the airport at 4.45am, booked weeks in advanced and confirmed the day before. I called the contact person (not the driver, whose number I was not given) twice, and got no answer. I ended up finding another taxi on the fly--I typically have too much luggage for a regular taxi, so it's a stroke of good luck that this time I didn't. I don't even know what I would've done otherwise. An hour later I got a text message that the driver had overslept. As they say "you only had one job." Not being on time for an airport ride at the crack of dawn is a deal breaker. Already found a different, more organized, always responsive provider (tstaxis.gr) and I'll stick to that.

A+ service from Alexis! I pre-booked an airport pickup with Athens Taxi Wagon based upon a friend’s recommendation. Alexis was wonderful! Professional, informative, and as a single person traveling in a foreign country, I felt very safe. He reached out to let me know I left a bag in the taxi (I didn’t even realize it) and he drove it to my location that day as a courtesy. I booked my return to the airport with Athens Taxi Wagon.

My family and I had a wonderful experience with Alexis. I was able to arrange for pickup over WhatsApp very easily. He was prompt and knowledgeable. He has these nice Mercedes station wagons so very comfortable ride. Made recommendations for sightseeing and for restaurants. Also very funny lol. I wanted a baby car seat which he also provided. Highly recommend if you want a reliable car service while in Athens.

Athens Taxi Wagon is excellent service. Very reliable prompt service & extremely professional. The Mercedes taxis are a great ride and are very comfortable. Alexis is highly knowledgeable about Greece and Athens in particular; our trip to Lavrio Port was very hassle free…Recommend him without hesitation, he got us out of a pickle at 10pm at night. He was super professional from the moment he collected us at our hotel to dropping us off after our 4 hour drive, even on a day other taxis were having a strike. Excellent service from Alexis and his company - Athens Taxi Wagon. I am handicapped and need a little extra help at times. Alexis and his team were gracious, patient and very helpful. Great professional team! We were so impressed with our trip from the airport to the hotel, we hired him to take us to the cruise port and back to the airport when we returned.

"We had an unforgettable private tour to the Temple of Poseidon and Cape Sounio with our fantastic guide and driver Alexis. Not only was he knowledgeable, but his humor and warmth made the experience even more enjoyable. He shared fascinating stories that brought history to life. We drive through the riviera and many small beach towns. A quick stop at the beautiful Lake Vouliagmeni and then we were ready for the perfect sunset time at the Temple of Poseidon. Alexis treated us to an amazing memorable dinner at a traditional Greek taverna, where they graciously prepared delicious vegetarian meals for us, even around closing time. We now know who to call next time we are in Greece. Traveling to places is all about making memories and we made a memorable evening thanks to Alexis. Over the course of the whole tour we felt as though we were transported to these incredible locations by our own family member. Highly recommend this tour and our awesome guide Alexis for a perfect blend of culture, history, culinary delights and picture perfect locations!”

We decided to do a trip to the Temple of Poseidon last minute, to enjoy the sunset on our final evening in Athens. We were lucky that Alexis could accept our request, without him we would probably have had to miss seeing the Temple on this trip. He was punctual, very friendly and made us feel welcome. He is a great source of information and provided us with all sorts of interesting information which you do not necessarily read in Travel books😏He was keen on helping us make nice photos on the way and at the temple. His suggested place for dinner was also very good! The place was not too busy, great food and great service. All in all a lovely evening, a big thanks to Alexis for making it happen. He even ensured we got picked for the Airport the next day. His driver was very well mannered and helpful. We would recommend Alexis for any travel and sightseeing plans in & around Athens.

I had a rental car booked in Athens prior to our visit. However, after seeing the driving conditions, l was intimidated and opted to use other transportation options instead.
With short notice, Alexis was able to arrange transport for us to a local bus station. Upon arrival, he made the extra effort to go inside with us and ensure we were able to find the correct bus. He also sent us links for things to do and see in our destination city.
We arranged additional transportation with him later in the trip and he was just as helpful. He enjoyed pointing things out for us along the way and gave us each a bottle of water at the end of the trip.
Vehicles were clean and well maintained. He was easy to communicate with via Google maps and also via WhatsApp. I would highly recommend using this taxi service. Great experience for us.

Driving to Napflio with Alexis at Athens Taxi Wagon was a terrific experience. Alexis was wonderful! He had a great way about him.... truly kind, genuine, very responsive, great personality, trustworthy, on time. He met me in the airport and escorted me to his very nice and clean car. On the way to Napflio shared interesting information about the sites we passed and my plans for the week. Traveling alone, I was very thankful to have found him and had a terrific experience. The BEST ride and driver I have ever had when traveling. Will reach out to him again when I am lucky enough to go back!

Had a delayed flight coming into Athina, Alexis was waiting nearby for us on arrival and made a real effort to welcome us to his country. He told us about his city and stopped at a nice viewpoint on the way in. We mentioned we were planning to get food and he took us to his local souvlaki place and ordered for us. It made for an awesome first experience in Greece. He then picked us up bang on time to take us to the port a few days later. Alexis is a very charismatic fellow and I highly recommend you use his service.
